The 2nd National lockdown starts from this Thursday, 5th November 2020.
As an essential medical center, we are open regular hours and encourage all our patients to keep their regular appointments.
We have been following strict protocols since we opened on the 8th of June.
These include
– Fit tested and tried Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all treating dentists and nurses.
– Masks and Visors for all the team members
– Social distancing in the practice for team and patients
– Patients allowed only with appointments.
– Temperature checks for all people entering the practice. If that is above 37C, you are advised to rebook
– Treatment rooms fitted with air purification systems which are working very well
– All surfaces disinfected and sanitized thoroughly before and after any appointment session
– Very high standards of sterilization and cross infection control
Please continue to attend your appointments as planned including hygiene treatments. If you are worried about attending your appointment, you can get in touch with us on 01256 893 517 and we can address those concerns and reschedule your appointments.
We have an effective triage policy for patients with emergency dental concerns where our dentists speak to you on a phone call before booking you in.
We advise all our patients to fill the health screening form sent to them before any appointments and let us know if they have or in contact with anyone who has any symptoms or the infection.
If you are in the high-risk category or are shielding, we advise rescheduling your appointments. Please wear masks at all times when you come in practice until you are asked to remove them.
We are still prioritizing appointments for patients with emergency dental concerns and treatments only. General examination/checkup appointments are not offered at the moment, but we aim to start those soon.
